M&CO assists local and overseas customers in Singapore in registering Singapore companies, and provides customers with services including but not limited to accounting, annual audit, audit, tax declaration, application for investment promotion, and enterprise consultancy.

M&CO has established long-term close cooperation with major banks, law firms and research institutions in Singapore to incorporate overseas enterprises locally.

1. Singapore-China Business Association membership

M&CO is one of the members of the Singapore-China Business Association (S-CBA).

The S-CBA was established in 1970 and has nearly 500 members. Members have long been engaged in various Singapore-China bilateral economic and trade activities.

The S-CBA in Singapore has historically maintained a very close working relationship with China and the relevant industrial and commercial organizations of the Chinese government. Such robust relationships with the relevant Chinese departments, affiliated institutions and organizations have been cultivated through:

• receiving large numbers of visiting Chinese government delegations at all levels, industrial and commercial research groups, investment governance and negotiation groups
• sponsoring exhibitions and investment fairs
• organizing learning and observation exchange opportunities in China for local work groups

2. Business China

M&CO is a member of Business China.

Trade China is a Singapore non-governmental and non-profit organization jointly launched by Lee Kuan Yew and Wen Jiabao in November 2007, as first put forth by Lee Kuan Yew, the then-senior minister of the Singapore Cabinet. With hopes to integrate language, economic and cultural elements, Business China was established as a platform with Mandarin as the medium of communication, so as to create a group of bilingual and bicultural Singaporeans.

Apart from preserving Singapore's multicultural tradition, this vision also saw the building of bridges between China and various cultures and economies around the world. Business China was initiated by the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce. Being based in Singapore, it gathers bilingual and bicultural talents to build effective business networks.

M&CO has worked closely with the Singapore Economic Development Board to actively promote enterprises' investment in Singapore and to secure government-awarded grants and funding for transformation and growth.

The Economic Development Board (EDB), a government agency under the Ministry of Trade and Industry, is responsible for planning strategies to enhance Singapore's position as a global business, innovation and talent hub.

2. Enterprise Singapore

M&CO works closely with Enterprise Singapore and actively seeks out incentives and schemes that provide financial support for the establishment and expansion of foreign-funded enterprises in Singapore.

Founded in 1961, Enterprise Singapore has rich experience in the field of investment promotion and is committed to the continued enhancement of the enterprise landscape. Enterprise Singapore provides foreign enterprises with incentives such as the Special Situation Fund for Startups and The Pioneer Certificate Incentive, with special emphasis on supporting technology-based enterprises.
